    • We ship to the US

  • Can you tell me the shipping rate on my order?
    • Shipping rates vary by the items in your order. The easiest way to calculate shipping is to proceed to the checkout page. A shipping calculator can be found there.
  • Can I exchange this clothing for another size?
    • You can exchange the item for another size. To get the ball rolling on the exchange, please contact us.
  • I’m an international purchaser, are customs fees included in my shipping total?
    • Currently, we’re only shipping within the US. If you are international and would like to order from us please contact us.
  • I have a question that isn’t answered here.

Shipping

  • Delivery Times
    • Domestic First-Class and Standard Post typically takes 3-7 days for delivery. Order processing will be 1-2 business days. If there is a delay we will contact you via email.
    • If you need to place an International order, please contact us.
  • Holiday Schedule
    • We will not ship orders on the following US holidays:
      • New Year’s Day
      • Memorial Day
      • Independence Day
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving and the following Friday
      • Christmas Day
  • Shipping Rates
    • Rates are calculated based on items and quantity so load up the cart and use the shipping calculator on the checkout page to see the final shipping costs.

Events & Class Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all registration ticket purchases.

  • No exchange or transfer of registration ticket between original ticket holder and third party will be made under any circumstances.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. In the event the PURCHASER cannot attend. It is the PURCHASER’S responsibility to contact Sewtopia via email at [email protected] within a timely manner to facilitate the resell of the original ticket. Sewtopia will attempt to resell the ticket minus a transfer fee noted below. We will do our due diligence to resell the original ticket. If the ticket is sold, funds are given in the original form of payment (if possible), Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.
    • 11 to 5 months from the event – refund in full minus the $50 transfer fee
    • 4 to 3 months from the event – refund in full minus $100 transfer fee
    • 2 to 1 months from the event – refund in full minus $150 transfer fee
    • 1 to 0 months from the event – refund in full minus $200 transfer fee
  • SEWTOPIA reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold outside of our organization.
  • Information is collected from those registering with SEWTOPIA. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Registration tickets are electronic and TICKET HOLDER must be present at the day of Check-In.
  • Infants in arms or children will not be admitted unless you have permission from SEWTOPIA.
  • SEWTOPIA reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming without refund or compensation.
  • No photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by SEWTOPIA. General social media of the event is allowed through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • SEWTOPIA may add, withdraw, or substitute instructors without prior notice.
  • SEWTOPIA may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video, photograph or picture.
  • TICKET HOLDER agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices.
  • TICKET HOLDER agrees to Sewtopia's Health & Safety Guidelines.
  • TICKET HOLDER voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
  • Information is collected from those registering with SEWTOPIA in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other purchases available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Any complaints regarding the events will be directed to and dealt with by SEWTOPIA.

  • Orders and Payment
    • We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and Paypal. Utah residents will be charged a 6.85% sales tax. Online orders may be executed with real-time credit card
  • Satisfaction Policy
    • We’ll stand by any product that we ship, if an item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please contact us. Sewtopia will replace that item for you and will happily arrange an exchange for you. You can initiate your exchange by clicking here and selecting, “I would like to exchange an item” from the drop down menu. Tell us what’s up and you’ll receive a response within 7 days–the more details you can provide, the better.
  • Return Policy
    • Items in their original condition may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us. Items must be returned in the original shipping container with original packing materials. Once the item is received then you should see a refund via the original payment method unless otherwise noted within 14 business days.
