Jennifer Moore of Monaluna grew up in a storytelling household, where walks in the woods sparked imaginations of elves and magical creatures. Even now, she finds hints of possibility in nature, wondering about the inhabitants of old trees and the fluttering of wings. Her work, "Under the Canopy," draws inspiration from the beauty and magic of the forest.
Jennifer is an artist and designer who founded Monaluna Design, a sustainable studio in Walnut Creek, CA. Her background includes roles as a toy designer for Manhattan Toy, and as a surface and apparel designer for Target and Pottery Barn Kids. Since starting Monaluna in 2010, she has created numerous organic fabric collections to promote sustainability. Now partnering with Windham, she aims to reach a broader audience. Outside of design, she enjoys gardening, creative projects, caring for her pets, dancing, cooking, and hiking with her husband and daughter, Anabelle.
