This nostalgic collection revisits fan-favorite designs like Telephones (2012), Dottie's Friends (2015), and Spritz (2019), while introducing fresh new motifs like canned goods and shopping bags. Bold, retro, and utterly joyful, Sparkle Mart is stocked with 28 cotton prints, 3 returning classics, and 3 new 108" wide prints featuring giant ice cream cones. Aisle five never looked so good.
Inspired by 1960s and 70s-era art and illustration, Melody Miller's style evokes retro vibes with bold color and prints that feel like a screen print come to life. Growing up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, she later studied industrial design at Pratt Institute in New York City, where her love for vintage objects took hold. She found her way to fabric design through Kokka Fabrics, and in 2013 became one of the five founding designers of Cotton+Steel. Sparkle Mart is a love letter to that era — and proof that some things only get better with time.
