Originally hailing from Pennsylvania and now residing just west of Boston, Jill Howarth is a freelance illustrator with a degree in graphic design. She has a passion for all things related to children! Previously an art director at a toy manufacturer, Jill enhanced collateral and product packaging with delightful illustrations.
