Louise Cunningham has been working as a freelance illustrator and surface pattern designer since 2005. Based in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, she draws inspiration from everyday family life, storytelling, and the quiet charm of home. Living and working alongside her husband, children’s book author and illustrator Robert Starling, and their two children, Elsie and Elliot, Louise’s work is filled with warmth, character, and a gentle sense of whimsy that translates beautifully to fabric and creative projects.
