1) Orders & Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
- All online payments are processed securely in real time by our payment partners. Sewtopia does not store full credit card numbers.
- For fraud protection: if your credit card fails 3 consecutive attempts, the system will lock out further attempts for 24 hours. You can still check out immediately via PayPal using the same credit card (no PayPal account required).

2) Shipping
Where We Ship
- We ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally.
- International shipments are processed once a week on Thursdays. Please allow extra time, as delivery may be slower depending on customs and carrier delays.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If your order includes backordered or preorder items, shipping will be held until all items arrive.
- Domestic delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on carrier/service level. Once a package leaves our shop, delivery times are out of our control.

Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, weight, and destination.
Undeliverable / Refused Packages
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll contact you. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or process a refund for eligible items less original shipping and any carrier return fees.
3) Satisfaction Policy (Defects & Damage)
We stand behind what we ship. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of when your order was received, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- If a replacement isn’t available (e.g., limited/seasonal item), we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method.
- This covers manufacturing/material defects or carrier damage. It doesn’t cover normal wear & tear, misuse, alteration, or laundering damage.
- Please include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a brief description so we can help quickly.
4) Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. For most non-fabric items, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (to align with our Terms & Conditions).
- Eligible items: New/unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Final sale: Fabric and cut goods, clearance items, gift cards, digital downloads, and any items marked “final sale.”
- Return process: Email [email protected] with your order number to obtain return instructions (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method (unless otherwise noted) typically within 10–14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: For apparel sizing or similar, we’re happy to exchange if stock is available. If not, we’ll process a refund per the policy above.
Helpful Examples (When to Contact Us)
- You entered the wrong address or size—contact us ASAP before the order ships so we can update it.
- You want to cancel your order—contact us before shipment. If it’s already shipped, please request a return once delivered.
- You received the wrong item, it arrived damaged, or it doesn’t function as intended—you’re covered. Reach out with photos and your order number.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. and internationally. International shipments go out once per week on Thursdays, so please allow extra time for delivery.
How do I find my shipping cost?
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout; the shipping calculator will display your options and rates.
Can I exchange clothing for another size?
Yes—contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging. If the size you want is unavailable, we’ll refund per the returns policy.
How long will my order take?
Processing: 1–3 business days (backorders and preorders will delay shipment until all items are available). Domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days (carrier-dependent). Once a package leaves our shop, delivery times are outside our control.
