No classes on the 24th & 31st of December.
You can take this class as a beginner or if you have had some sewing.
Learn the basics of sewing, how to read a pattern, cut out fabric.
All sewers need good basics to be able to read patterns and
choose fabric on their own.
Supplies needed for Classes (Should have before first class)
All supplies below are discounted to students
- Fabric (Cotton or Flannel Print)
- Pattern Butterick 5348 (Available at Winston's at a discount)
- Alternate Children's Pattern Butterick 4434

- Scissors (one for paper and one 8" bent handle scissors for fabric)
- Tape Measure
- 6" Sewing Gauge
- Fabric marking pen or chalk
- Pins
- Seam Ripper
- Hand Sewing Needles
Next Session will be a series of technique classes ie.
inserting zippers (conventional and invisible), specialty seams (flat feld,
french, etc.). Check back here for times.
